JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative Virtual Assistant / Graphic Designer to help us build a set of Instagram post templates using our company Canva account.

Project Overview

Create 25 unique Instagram post templates

Templates will be used to feature individual athletes

Designs must allow us to easily drop an athlete photo in and out

Each template should feel distinct — we do not want 25 versions of the same layout

Requirements

Strong experience using Canva

Good design instincts (spacing, typography, visual hierarchy)

Ability to work within brand guidelines while still being creative

Familiarity with Instagram post formats (square preferred)

Attention to detail and consistency

What We’ll Provide

Access to our Canva Pro account

Company logos, letterhead, and brand assets

General direction on tone and brand feel (clean, professional, sports-focused)

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can take initiative creatively without needing constant direction

Someone who understands how to create reusable, flexible templates

Bonus if you’ve designed sports, athlete, or highlight-style graphics before

Deliverables

25 fully editable Canva templates

Organized and easy to reuse

Ready for quick photo swaps without breaking the design

Timeline

Flexible, but ideally completed within 7–10 days
