We are a baby and maternity brand with customers based in the USA, Canada and Europe. Our headquarter is in Singapore, so our working hours will be on GMT+8. We are a young and dynamic growing E-commerce company, looking for experienced Vetting Coordinator to grow their careers with us. Job Description:
• Conduct quality checks based on checklist, on the draft submissions of graphics designer.
• Verify colors and prints on images to ensure accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance images and meet specifications based on company’s requirements.
• Develop project briefs, ensuring design elements adhere to criteria and brand standards.
• Uphold consistency in design elements, colors, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Organize and upload final images accurately.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure projects are delivered promptly.

Requirements
• Remote position with Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 6pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).
• Training will be provided.
• Must have the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• A coachable and fast-learning attitude is necessary.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication is essential.
• Strong multitasking and project prioritization skills are required to meet deadlines.
• A stable internet connection and reliable laptop are essential.
