JOB OVERVIEW

Job Purpose:

To support Novelli’s client and internal creative output through high-quality graphic design execution across tangible merchandise programs, including apparel, accessories, toys, packaging, in-store displays, presentations, and other product-related collateral.

Nature and scope of role:

Its primary function is to create and deliver strong graphic design output across a range of client projects, with a particular focus on tangible merchandise and retail-related design. This includes graphic design for apparel and accessories, toys and toy-related items, packaging, point-of-sale and in-store display materials, presentations, and supporting collateral.

The role requires someone who is highly capable in graphic design, fast and detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. It also requires a willingness to be hands-on, responsive, and collaborative across multiple project streams.

This is an execution-focused design role rather than a strategic creative leadership role. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, industrial designers, and client-facing tea ---------- mbers to bring concepts and approved directions to life.

This is a role to support the USA team based in Chicago so will need to be able to work hours to match that.
