The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the U.S. federal acquisition process and is comfortable navigating complex government databases.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opportunity Sourcing: Monitor
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research past award data to inform our pricing and bidding strategy.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a bid calendar, tracking deadlines and mandatory pre-bid meetings.
Proposal Coordination: Assist in drafting capability statements, gathering technical documentation, and ensuring all "Representations and Certifications" are up to date.
Compliance: Review solicitations to ensure our company meets all "responsive and responsible" criteria before we spend time bidding.
Outreach: (Optional) Assist in contacting Contracting Officers (COs) for clarifications or to request debriefs on unsuccessful bids.
REQUIREMENTS:
Direct Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with U.S. Federal Government contracts (FAR knowledge is a huge plus).
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with
English Proficiency: Exceptional written English skills for proposal drafting and professional correspondence.
Detail-Oriented: You must be able to read 50+ page solicitation documents and catch the small compliance requirements that others miss.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
