We are a U.S.-based company focused on securing government contracts through ---------- and other federal/state procurement portals. We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Procurement Expert to help us identify opportunities, manage our bid pipeline, and assist in the preparation of winning proposals.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the U.S. federal acquisition process and is comfortable navigating complex government databases.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Opportunity Sourcing: Monitor ---------- , GSA eBuy, and other agency-specific portals for relevant RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a bid calendar, tracking deadlines and mandatory pre-bid meetings.

Proposal Coordination: Assist in drafting capability statements, gathering technical documentation, and ensuring all "Representations and Certifications" are up to date.

Compliance: Review solicitations to ensure our company meets all "responsive and responsible" criteria before we spend time bidding.

Outreach: (Optional) Assist in contacting Contracting Officers (COs) for clarifications or to request debriefs on unsuccessful bids.

REQUIREMENTS:

Direct Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with U.S. Federal Government contracts (FAR knowledge is a huge plus).

Technical Literacy: Proficiency with ---------- , NAICS codes, and the DSBS (Dynamic Small Business Search).

English Proficiency: Exceptional written English skills for proposal drafting and professional correspondence.

Detail-Oriented: You must be able to read 50+ page solicitation documents and catch the small compliance requirements that others miss.

Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
