Some Projects You’ll Be Involved In
About the Role
We’re seeking a savvy and strategic Media Buyer to join our team and collaborate closely with our Senior Media Buyer. Your core focus (about 80%) will be managing Google Ads properties—across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max—with additional support for Meta Ads (if applicable). You’ll bring advanced expertise, data-driven optimization, and high-budget management into a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize & execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Apply advanced optimization including bid management, targeting, pacing, A/B testing, and creative/landing page testing.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, MER) and deliver detailed, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with the Senior Media Buyer and other tea
- Stay up to date on Google Ads features, updates, and industry best practices.
- Support Meta Ads strategy and execution if experienced.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in digital media buying, with at least 3–5 years managing Google Ads.
Proven history of managing $100,000+ in ad spend with strong performance results.
Expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and full-funnel attribution.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills—able to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
(Bonus) Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
