About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Manager to join our growing team at Daybreak Growth Partners.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in performance marketing, understands full-funnel strategy, and knows how to turn data into scalable growth across Google Ads and Meta
You’ll be managing multiple client accounts across eCommerce and CPG brands, working closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
-Develop and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness ? conversion ? retention)
-Monitor performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
-Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
-Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and creatives
-Analyze data and provide actionable insights and reports to clients
-A/B test creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
-Manage budgets efficiently across multiple accounts
Requirements
-2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
-Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS
-Strong understanding of eCommerce and performance marketing
-Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
-Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
-Excellent communication and reporting skills
-Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
-Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or omnichannel brands
-Familiarity with attribution models and tracking setup
-Experience working in an agency environment
