About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Google and Bing Ads Specialist, who will also be in charge of all integrations and the onboarding and offboarding of clients, to support our US based Paid Ads Account Manager.
This is a behind the scenes performance and systems role. You will not be communicating directly with clients. Your job is to ensure campaigns are built correctly, optimized consistently, tracked accurately, and integrated properly.
This position now also includes onboarding, offboarding, and marketing system integrations. You will play a key role in making sure new accounts are set up correctly from day one and that tracking and reporting systems are clean and accurate.
We are looking for someone detail obsessed, analytical, and comfortable figuring things out independently when needed.
The primary business types we serve are home service businesses and contractors, with just a few e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and troubleshoot tools such as WhatConverts, ClickCease, DataBox, and AdPulse
• Audit and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts
• Review and optimize search term reports
• Monitor campaign budgets and pacing
• Write and refine ad copy based on performance data and account manager direction
• Build out new campaigns following internal strategy guidelines
• Support client onboarding including account setup, tracking configuration, and integrations
• Handle offboarding tasks including proper account transitions and documentation
• Ensure conversion tracking is accurate across platforms
• Provide detailed internal performance checks and reports to the US based team
• Stay current on paid search best practices and platform updates

We will provide orientation on how we use these tools. However, you must be comfortable researching documentation, troubleshooting issues, and solving problems independently.
Qualifications:
• Strong hands on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Proven ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Experience with integrations and third party marketing tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written English for internal reporting and ad copy
• Ability to follow clear direction while working independently
• Comfortable documenting processes and keeping systems organized
• Google Ads certification
• Experience working with US based agencies or clients
• Experience across multiple industries
Work Structure:
• Fully remote position based outside the United States
• Work directly with our US based Paid Ads Account Manager
• Flexible schedule, but must have consistent overlap with US business hours for collaboration (9am to 5pm EST)
