Google Ads & Amazon PPC Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Remote
Location: Philippines
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Hands-On Experience
Industry: E-commerce / Industrial & Commercial Products

About the Company (Tarp Supply Inc.®)

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in tarps, custom covers, protective products, and industrial fabrics. We sell through our website as well as major online marketplaces, including Amazon.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Amazon PPC Specialist who can take ownership of our paid advertising campaigns, improve campaign performance, increase qualified traffic, and generate profitable sales.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Amazon PPC campaigns for e-commerce businesses.

You should be comfortable building campaigns from the ground up, conducting keyword and competitor research, optimizing bids and budgets, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving ROAS and conversion rates.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can plan, launch, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities
** Google Ads
- Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns for our e-commerce website.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent commercial keywords.
- Build effective ad groups, keyword lists, negative keyword lists, and audience targeting.
- Write and test compelling ad copy.
- Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structure.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze search terms and continuously improve keyword targeting.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with the SEO/content team to align paid search and organic search strategies.
- Track and troubleshoot conversion tracking and Google Ads attribution issues.

** Amazon PPC
- Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Conduct Amazon keyword and competitor research.
- Develop effective campaign structures for new and existing products.
- Manage automatic and manual campaigns.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, and placements.
- Identify profitable keywords and eliminate wasted ad spend.
- Manage negative keywords and search term harvesting.
- Improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and sales performance.
- Analyze Amazon PPC reports and identify opportunities for campaign growth.
- Launch campaigns for new products and optimize existing campaigns.
- Monitor product-level PPC performance and make recommendations for improving listings and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Provide recommendations regarding Amazon listing optimization based on PPC data.

** Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports.
- Clearly explain campaign performance, problems, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Track advertising spend, revenue, conversions, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Use data to make informed decisions about campaign budgets and strategy.
- Identify trends and opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns.
- Maintain organized campaign records and performance documentation.

**Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Amazon PPC.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Amazon Advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing for profitability.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience with Google Shopping and/or Performance Max is highly preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics, including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to provide clear reports and communicate recommendations effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads certification.
- Amazon Ads certification.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with Looker Studio or other reporting platforms.
- Experience with PPC tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar Amazon research/optimization tools.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
- Experience with industrial, hardware, home improvement, agricultural, or similar product categories is a plus.

** What We Are Looking For

We want someone who can think strategically but also execute the work themselves.

You should be able to answer questions such as:

Why is a campaign spending money without generating sales?
Which keywords should receive more budget?
Which keywords should be paused or added as negatives?
How can we improve ROAS without sacrificing sales volume?
Which products should receive additional PPC budget?
Why has CPC increased?
Which search terms are generating profitable conversions?
How can Google Ads and Amazon PPC work together to increase overall e-commerce sales?

We are looking for a results-oriented PPC specialist, not someone who simply monitors campaigns.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and demonstrated results.

We are willing to offer competitive compensation to the right candidate with a proven track record.
