Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. This role begins as a part-time, trial-based position designed to evaluate your strategic capabilities and technical proficiency within our existing workflows. Upon successful completion of the trial period, the position will transition into a permanent, full-time role. As a core member of our advertising department, you will be directly responsible for the health, optimization, and structural setup of numerous client accounts. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on data analysis and enjoys the challenge of scaling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that our clients' advertising budgets are utilized efficiently and effectively. You will be tasked with the comprehensive setup of new Google Ads accounts, ensuring that all tracking, conversion actions, and campaign structures align with industry best practices.
Beyond initial setup, continuous optimization is a critical component of your daily routine. You will regularly analyze performance metrics, adjust bidding strategies, refine keyword targeting, and conduct A/B testing on ad copy to improve overall campaign health. Given our extensive client base of over 65 accounts, strong organizational skills are essential to prioritize tasks and allocate your time effectively across different projects. You will also be expected to identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and implement proactive strategies to decrease cost-per-acquisition while increasing conversion volume.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Practical experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously is highly preferred, as it demonstrates the ability to handle the scale of our agency's operations.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable optimization strategies. Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking implementation is also necessary to ensure accurate reporting and attribution. Furthermore, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are required to clearly articulate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to our internal team. A proactive mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a continuous desire to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends are essential traits for our ideal candidate.
Compensation and Growth Path
We believe in rewarding performance and providing a clear trajectory for career advancement. The position starts at a competitive base rate of $7.00 per hour during the initial part-time trial period. This phase allows both the agency and the specialist to ensure a strong mutual fit in terms of skill and work culture.
As you demonstrate consistent success in optimizing accounts and driving positive results for our clients, there is a structured growth path to increase your compensation up to $10.00 per hour. Concurrently, the role will expand from part-time hours to a full-time commitment, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to take on more senior responsibilities within the NGD Media team.
