About the Role
We are a US-based team managing campaigns across legal advocacy and renewable energy verticals.
We are looking for a dedicated Google & YouTube Ads Specialist to assist in building, optimizing, and managing Search, Video, and Display campaigns. You will work directly inside our established Google Ads Manager (MCC) account to help drive qualified leads for our US sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Maintenance & Execution: Build and monitor Google Search, YouTube Video, and Display campaigns targeting high-intent US audiences.
• Optimization: Execute keyword research, update negative keyword lists, refine audience targeting, adjust ad copy, and monitor daily budgets.
• Conversion Tracking: Ensure tracking alignment for lead forms, call extensions, and conversion goals.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor daily spend, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and conversion rates against target goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Hands-on experience running Google Search and YouTube Video campaigns for US lead generation (experience in legal, financial, or solar industries is a plus).
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager (MCC), YouTube Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Availability: Must be able to overlap during standard US business hours (EST/PST).
• Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, backup power/internet, and a secure desktop/laptop setup.
Account Security & Workflow
• Access will be provided via standard Advertiser permissions inside our Google Ads MCC.
• All lead routing is handled automatically via backend webhooks and Zapier—you will focus strictly on campaign execution and optimization.
