JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Google & YouTube Ads Specialist (AI-Enabled)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Retainer
Compensation: $1,500 AUD per month
About The Brand
We are a 7-figure Australian e-commerce brand. We have the traffic and the products; now we need a sniper to scale our paid search and video acquisition. We are looking for a media buyer who combines deep technical knowledge of the Google ecosystem with the creative speed of AI.
The Objective
Your goal is to drive profitable growth (ROAS). You will manage our Google Search, Shopping (PMax), and heavily scale our YouTube Ads presence using AI-generated and edited creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management: End-to-end management of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. You monitor bids, budgets, and negative keywords daily.
YouTube Ad Scaling: Launch and optimize YouTube In-Stream and Shorts ads.
AI Creative Strategy:
Use AI tools (like Veo or similar) to rapidly iterate on video hooks, voiceovers, and visual assets for YouTube ads.
Write high-converting ad scripts using AI to test different angles (educational, user-generated style, direct response).
Data & Attribution: Ensure conversion tracking is pixel-perfect. You don't guess; you make decisions based on data.
Reporting: Weekly reports on ROAS, CPA, and Spend vs. Target.
Requirements
Proven Media Buying Experience: You have managed ad spend for e-commerce brands and can show screenshots of results (ROAS improvement, scaling spend).
YouTube Creative Expert: You understand that the "creative is the targeting." You know how to structure a winning YouTube ad (Hook -> Retain -> CTA).
AI Proficient: You use AI tools to speed up copywriting, scriptwriting, and video editing. You are not afraid to use new tech to get an edge.
Google Analytics/GA4 Master: You know how to read the data to find where we are leaking money.
The Offer
Monthly Retainer: $1,500 AUD/month.
Growth Potential: Opportunity to handle higher budgets as ROAS targets are met.
Flexible Work: Focus on results, not hours.
How to Apply
Please submit a brief case study or summary of a brand you helped scale using Google or YouTube Ads.
Question: What is your favorite AI tool for generating or editing video ad creatives right now?
