Who this is for
We are a US-based digital marketing agency managing campaigns for high-ticket B2B clients. Average client deal sizes start at $120,000. We need a specialist who has managed Google Ads and SEO where a single lead is worth $50,000+ to the client. If you have not done this at that level, do not apply.
This starts as one account. Perform well and you will be running 3–5 accounts within 90 days. We are growing fast and we need someone we can plug into every new client immediately.
What you will be doing
Google Ads:
-Audit, rebuild, and manage campaigns from scratch on every new account
-Exact and phrase match only — no broad match without 60 days of data to justify it
-Write qualifying ad copy with price signals and intent filters built into the headline
-Weekly search term reviews — adding negatives continuously, not once at setup
-Full conversion tracking setup — every form, call, download, and booking attributed correctly
-Google Display retargeting matched to each client's sales cycle length
-Report cost per qualified lead by campaign every month — not impressions, not CTR
SEO:
-Build keyword cluster architectures by product, use case, industry, and location
-Deliver full page briefs for each target — keyword, URL slug, H1, meta title, meta description, content outline, internal links
-Bottom-funnel commercial intent first, always
-Monthly rank tracking in Google Search Console from day pages go live
-Technical SEO audits — crawlability, page speed, schema, indexing issues flagged with specific fixes
-Competitor gap analysis on every new account
-Ranking=Traffic Traffic=Leads Leads=Satisfied Client
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years managing Google Ads for B2B clients specifically — not ecommerce, not consumer
-Proven SEO results you personally executed — rankings, traffic, or leads with before and after proof
-Current Google Ads certification if applicable
-GA4 proficiency — setup from scratch, not just reading reports
-Fluent written and spoken English
What you must submit — incomplete applications will not be opened
-SEO case study — one real example with keyword targets, pages built, Search Console screenshots, and the outcome.
-Successful Google Ad campaign that shows growth, leads, reporting, etc.
You must deliver a monthly performance report for every account you manage. The report must be clean, professional, and written in plain English that a business owner can read without a marketing background. It must cover qualified leads generated, cost per qualified lead by campaign, keyword ranking movement, what was optimized that month, and the specific actions planned for the following month. No vanity metrics. No fluff. This report goes directly to our clients under the SK Marketing Solutions brand — it reflects on us, not just on you. If you cannot produce this consistently every month without being chased, this role is not for you.
