What You Will Do
• Build, manage, and optimise Google Search campaigns focused on lead generation
• Build and
• Research, structure, and refine keyword targeting and interest based audiences
• Write and test ad copy and creative angles that convert for homeowners, property managers, and builders
• Track and measure every lead and job value using GoHighLevel to connect ad spend with ROAS and POAS
• Analyse campaign data to identify winning keywords, audiences, and creative
• Manage budgets and scale profitable campaigns across both platforms
• Create and test landing page variations in WordPress and Elementor to improve conversion rates
• Implement clean tracking including UTMs, GCLIDs, Meta Conversion API, GA4 events, and Tag Manager setups
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and reduce cost per job
Performance Expectations
• You will be measured on your ability to deliver profitable results and consistent POAS and ROAS
• Strong lead generation experience is essential. We are looking for someone who can execute from day one and make decisions based on data

What We Are Looking For
• Two plus years of experience running Google Search and Meta Ads for lead generation
• Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and POAS
• Ability to build, manage, and scale campaigns on both platforms
• Experience creating and testing landing pages in WordPress and Elementor
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and optimisation
• Confident with budgets, bid strategies, keyword segmentation, and audience targeting
• Skilled in ad copywriting and A and B testing
• Familiar with GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, and Meta Conversion API
• Reliable internet connection and your own computer
Nice to Have
• Experience working in service based or trades industries
• Understanding of Australian markets and homeowner intent
• Experience setting up offline conversion tracking or revenue uploads into GA4
• Experience working inside GoHighLevel pipelines and custom tracking fields
