JOB OVERVIEW

We are Novair Health — a six-figure/month DTC supplement brand selling Debloat,
the first men's facial debloating and jawline definition supplement. We sell to
a specific demographic: young men aged 18–35 who are lean, gym-trained, deep in
fitness culture, and obsessed with optimizing their appearance.

We are hiring a full-time Google SEO Specialist. This is NOT a Google Ads role.
Paid search experience is irrelevant here. We need someone who lives and breathes
organic search and can connect every single piece of their work directly to
revenue — not just traffic, not just rankings, not just clicks. Revenue.

Our previous SEO hire delivered reports full of traffic numbers and ranking
updates with zero revenue attribution. That is not acceptable and it will not
happen again. If you cannot show us how your SEO work has directly generated
revenue for ecommerce brands, do not apply.

We already have strong organic traffic with high conversion rates. The foundation
exists. What we need is someone precise, technical, and obsessed with perfection.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with flexible hours. You will be
required to track your time using a time tracker of your choice from day one.
No exceptions. All communication is done exclusively through ---------- . If you are
not on ---------- or are not comfortable using it as your primary communication

Base pay is $3/hour. Top performers receive significant performance bonuses tied
directly to revenue growth from organic search. We pay well for people who move
the needle. We part ways quickly with people who don't.

We will provide all necessary tools including Claude AI, Freepik, and any other
software required to do the job at a high level. You focus on the work.

IMMEDIATE PRIORITIES:

- When users search "Novair Health" on Google, dropdown results are surfacing
collection pages and internal pages that customers are not supposed to see —
incomplete pages, unoptimized pages, and pages that destroy brand trust on
first impression. This needs to be resolved immediately
- Full technical SEO audit and cleanup across our Shopify store
- On-page optimization to capture high-intent search traffic from our target
demographic
- Building a content and keyword strategy grounded in how young men actually
search for debloating, jawline definition, and facial aesthetics solutions

YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

- Ecommerce SEO experience specifically — DTC brands and Shopify stores. If your
portfolio is SaaS, agencies, local businesses, or service companies, do not apply
- Proven revenue attribution from your SEO work — you must show us the organic
traffic you drove, the pages you optimized, and the actual revenue those pages
generated. Conversion metrics are mandatory. Clicks and impressions alone will
get your application deleted
- Shopify SEO competency — collections, product pages, canonical tags,
index/noindex control, metafields, crawl budget management
- Technical SEO skills — you can identify and fix crawl issues, manage Google
Search Console with confidence, and control exactly what appears in branded
search results and site links
- Understanding of how young male consumers search for supplements and
looksmaxxing solutions — keyword research grounded in real purchase intent,
not just search volume
- Experience with any time tracking software

what is causing this and how do you fix it? Walk us through the exact solution.

Q3. We sell a men's supplement targeting facial debloating and jawline definition
to 18–35 year old males in the fitness and looksmaxxing space. What are the top
5 high-intent keywords you would target first and why?

Q4. We have strong existing organic traffic with high conversion rates. What is
the first thing you audit to make sure we are not leaving revenue on the table?

Q5. What does your monthly reporting look like? Walk us through exactly what
metrics you report and how you connect SEO activity directly to revenue — not
impressions, not clicks, revenue.
