**Job Title:** Google PPC & Meta Ads Manager (Real Estate Specialist)
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** $1,000 – $1,400 USD / month (Full-Time)
**Hours:** 40 hours/week | EST Time zone (US Eastern Standard Time)

**About Us**
We are a high-performing US Residential Real Estate team dedicated to growing our reach and serving our clients. We are looking for an expert **PPC & Paid Social Ad Specialist**—someone who lives and breathes lead generation, ad creation, strategy, and analytics—to take complete ownership of our Google, Meta, and multi-channel ad campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Campaign Strategy & Creation:** Design, build, and launch targeted Google PPC search campaigns and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns optimized specifically for US residential real estate lead generation.
* **Copywriting & Creative Ad Assets:** Write compelling ad copy, build eye-catching visual/video ad creatives, and build high-converting landing pages tailored to real estate buyers and sellers.
* **Multi-Channel Expansion:** Strategize and test secondary ad platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn to broaden team reach and capture extra market share.
* **Website & CRM Tracking:** Manage pixel setup, conversion API (CAPI), custom event tracking, and seamless lead routing into **Lofty CRM** (formerly Chime) and IDX real estate websites.
* **Analytics & Monthly Reporting:** Continually optimize campaigns for Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). Provide comprehensive monthly performance reporting and strategic action plans.

**Required Qualifications**

* Proven, expert-level experience managing Google PPC and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts with direct experience in the **US Residential Real Estate market**.
* Deep understanding of real estate ad compliance, Special Ad Categories (housing), micro-location targeting, and intent-based keywords.
* Strong experience or familiarity integrating ad campaigns, web pixels, and dynamic forms with **Lofty CRM / Lofty IDX Websites** (or similar real estate CRMs).
* Working proficiency or experience with YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad platforms is a major plus.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze ad metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and articulate findings clearly in written/video monthly reports.
* Ability to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
