JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads consultant to audit, restructure, and manage PPC campaigns for a medspa and aesthetic practice in Northbrook, Illinois.

Our focus is medspa services only, not the plastic surgery center. Priority services include facials, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, microneedling, and possibly Hydrafacial after reviewing current policy/trademark concerns.

We need someone who can:

Audit our existing Google Ads account
Identify why ads are disapproved, limited, or not converting
Fix tracking for phone calls, forms, and appointment requests
Rebuild campaigns by individual service
Improve keyword targeting and negative keyword lists
Create local campaigns for Northbrook, Deerfield, Highland Park, Glenview, Wilmette, and surrounding areas
Build a compliant competitor keyword strategy
Review final URLs and landing pages
Provide weekly reporting on spend, leads, cost per lead, search terms, and conversion quality

Experience with healthcare, medspa, plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or local medical lead generation is strongly preferred.
