JOB OVERVIEW

Who This Is For

This role is NOT for beginners, theory-only marketers, or people who “set and forget” campaigns.

We are looking for a battle-tested Google Meta Ads Specialist who has scaled e-commerce stores profitably and knows how to squeeze ROAS out of Shopping, Performance Max, and Search.

If you’ve managed real budgets, real SKUs, and real pressure, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Owning Google Meta Ads performance end-to-end for our e-commerce brand(s).

Scaling Shopping & Performance Max campaigns while maintaining or increasing ROAS.

Structuring campaigns based on products, margins, and intent — not guesses.

Optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, and search terms daily.

Managing Google Merchant Center feeds (titles, images, attributes, disapprovals).

Implementing advanced conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, enhanced conversions).

Running constant A/B tests on ads, feeds, audiences, and landing pages.

Cutting losers fast and doubling down on winners.

Delivering clear, actionable performance reports (no vanity metrics).

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Proven experience managing Google Meta Ads for e-commerce (Shopping + PMax required).

Track record of achieving profitable ROAS at scale.

Deep understanding of product feeds, SKUs, margins, and LTV.

Strong analytical mindset — you live in the data.

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and high ad spend.

Self-starter who does not need hand-holding.

Big Plus If You Have

Google or Meta Ads Certification

Shopify experience

CRO or landing page optimization experience

What You Get

Remote role

Flexible schedule (results matter more than hours)

Long-term opportunity with a growing e-commerce brand
