We are a growing digital marketing company serving businesses in the marine, RV, powersports, automotive, and related industries. We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Performance Specialist who can help us build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients.
This is not simply an ad setup position.
We are looking for someone who understands strategy, targeting, retargeting, lead generation, conversion tracking, testing, and ongoing campaign optimization and can help us continuously improve client results.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Google Ads
* Build and launch Google Search campaigns
* Conduct keyword and competitor research
* Develop campaign and ad group structures
* Create keyword targeting strategies
* Manage negative keywords and search terms
* Write and test ad copy
* Set up location and geographic targeting
* Build remarketing/retargeting campaigns
* Optimize bidding, budgets, keywords, and conversions
* Improve cost per lead and lead quality over time
Meta Ads
* Build and manage
* Develop prospecting and retargeting strategies
* Create and manage custom audiences and lookalike audiences
* Develop geographic and demographic targeting strategies
* Test audiences, creative, offers, and messaging
* Build retargeting campaigns for website visitors and engaged audiences
* Optimize campaigns toward qualified leads rather than simply clicks or impressions
Tracking & Measurement
* Set up and verify conversion tracking
* Work with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, and related tracking tools
* Track calls, forms, landing-page conversions, and other lead actions
* Identify tracking problems before they impact campaign decisions
* Provide clear reporting on campaign performance
90-Day Client Campaign Strategy
Many of our new clients begin with a 90-day campaign period.
You should understand that campaigns require ongoing optimization rather than simply launching ads and waiting for results.
We need someone who can think strategically across the entire 90 days:
Days 1–30: Setup, research, launch, data collection, tracking verification, and initial testing.
Days 31–60: Optimize targeting, search terms, audiences, creative, budgets, bids, landing pages, and retargeting based on actual campaign data.
Days 61–90: Improve lead quality and cost per lead, scale what is working, eliminate wasted spend, and develop recommendations for the client’s next stage of growth.
The goal is to continuously improve performance and generate qualified leads and real business opportunities for our clients.
Ongoing Client Management
This role will include both new and recurring clients.
For new clients, you may be responsible for:
* Account audits
* Campaign strategy
* Campaign setup
* Tracking setup
* Launch
* Initial optimization
For recurring clients, you will be responsible for:
* Weekly campaign monitoring
* Budget management
* Bid optimization
* Search-term analysis
* Audience optimization
* Retargeting
* Creative/ad testing
* Conversion optimization
* Identifying wasted spend
* Scaling successful campaigns
* Providing strategic recommendations

You should have strong hands-on experience with:

Experience managing local or regional lead-generation campaigns is highly preferred.
Experience with dealerships, marine businesses, RV companies, powersports, automotive, home services, or other high-ticket businesses is a major plus.

We are not looking for someone whose primary experience is boosting posts, generating traffic, or reporting impressions.
Our clients care about:
Leads. Calls. Form submissions. Appointments. Sales opportunities. Revenue.
You should understand how advertising fits into the client’s overall customer acquisition strategy.
