# Google Shopping Dropshipping Store Manager – Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Google Shopping Dropshipping Store Manager to help manage and scale our growing portfolio of e-commerce stores.

At the moment, we operate 3 Google Shopping stores, with more stores planned in the near future.

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands the front-end operations of Google Shopping dropshipping stores and can take ownership of the day-to-day store management.

This is not just a basic Virtual Assistant position. We want someone who understands how Google-driven e-commerce stores operate, can keep an overview across multiple stores, notices problems before they become bigger issues, and can eventually grow into a Store Operations / Team Lead position.

## Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

* Uploading and managing products
* Creating, drafting and improving product listings
* Checking product titles, images, descriptions and variants
* Monitoring product pricing and margins
* Updating pricing when necessary
* Performing product and listing quality checks
* Checking whether products match supplier information
* Communicating with our backend and supplier teams
* Following up on product and operational issues
* Maintaining finance and operational spreadsheets
* Keeping an overview across multiple stores
* Identifying problems and proactively solving them
* Making sure daily store operations are completed correctly
* Potentially assisting with product research in the future

As the operation grows, we want this person to take on more responsibility.

Eventually, you may also be responsible for hiring, training and managing additional team members who work underneath you.

## What We Are Looking For

You should:

* Have previous experience managing Google Shopping / Google dropshipping stores
* Understand the front-end operations of an e-commerce store
* Be comfortable managing large numbers of products
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be organized and able to work across multiple stores
* Be proactive instead of waiting for instructions
* Be able to identify mistakes and solve problems independently
* Have good written and spoken English
* Have a reliable internet connection
* Have a reliable laptop/computer and professional work setup
* Be comfortable working with AI systems
* Be available consistently throughout the week
* Be interested in a long-term position

We strongly prefer candidates who have already worked with stores receiving traffic from Google Shopping / Google Ads, rather than candidates with only general Shopify experience. But we'll train you ofcourse.

## Working Hours

The starting workload is approximately:

2–5 hours per day

The number of hours can increase as we launch more stores and you take on more responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company rather than someone looking for a short-term project.

## Compensation

Starting rate:

From $4 USD per hour

Compensation can be discussed depending on experience and performance.
