JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Australian digital marketing agency looking for a smart, reliable, client-focused Paid Media and Client Success Coordinator based in the Philippines.

This is a junior-to-mid-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys both people and performance marketing.

You do not need to be the final strategist for every account. Our leadership team will handle much of the higher-level strategy. What we need is someone who can help manage campaigns well, communicate confidently with clients, work closely with our team, and embrace modern tools, including AI, to improve speed and quality.

If you love being part of a team, building strong client relationships, learning new platforms, and using technology to work smarter, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

You will help manage paid media accounts, support client communication, and work with our internal team to keep campaigns moving smoothly.

You will also be expected to use modern tools, including AI, as part of your workflow. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited by where digital marketing is heading.

What you will be doing

• Support campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms where relevant
• Assist with launches, optimisation, audience targeting, creative testing, reporting, and account QA
• Join client calls and communicate with clients in a clear, friendly, confident way
• Build strong relationships with clients and help them feel supported
• Work with our team to action campaign tasks and keep projects organised
• Use AI tools and workflow tools to improve research, execution, reporting, and delivery
• Help manage AI supported implementation workflows, including tools such as Manus and ChatGPT
• Review tracking, conversion actions, landing pages, and campaign structure for accuracy
• Stay open to learning new platforms, systems, and processes as we grow

Platforms you may work across

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• TikTok Ads
• YouTube
• Microsoft Ads
• Other paid media platforms as needed

You do not need to be an expert in every platform already, but you must have solid paid media fundamentals and be willing to learn.

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong client communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident in meetings
• Organised, detail oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable with AI, automation, and modern technology
• Understanding of paid media fundamentals, including objectives, targeting, budgets, tracking, creative testing, and reporting
• Hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the ability to attend video meetings

This role is a great fit if you are

• Client focused and genuinely enjoy building relationships
• Curious about new technology and excited to use AI well
• Coachable and happy to grow with a team
• Proactive, calm, and solutions focused
• Interested in long term career growth in digital marketing

This role is not a fit if you

• Resist new technology or refuse to use AI tools
• Dislike speaking with clients
• Need constant direction for every task
• Struggle to adapt when platforms and processes change

Why join us

• Long term opportunity with room to grow
• Supportive team environment
• Clear strategic direction from leadership
• Exposure to multiple paid media platforms
• Opportunity to work closely with clients and make a real impact
• Modern, forward thinking agency environment

How to apply

Please send the following:

• A short introduction about yourself
• Your experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any other paid media platforms
• A brief summary of the types of clients or campaigns you have worked on
• A short voice note or video introduction
• Your expected monthly salary in PHP
• Your available work hours
• The words AI Ready at the top of your application so we know you read the full ad

Please also answer these questions:

What paid media platforms have you worked on directly?
What do you enjoy more, client communication, campaign management, or a mix of both?
How have you used AI or automation tools in your work so far?
Tell us about a time you helped improve a client relationship or solved a campaign issue
What interests you about working with a team like ours?

Do not send a generic application. We are looking for someone thoughtful, switched on, and genuinely excited to grow with us.
