Google Ads Specialist (Long-Term, Remote)

About the Role

Vizy Marketing is a performance-based digital marketing agency working with U.S. service-based businesses. We are looking for a reliable, experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns.

This is a long-term position for someone who understands Google Ads deeply and can manage campaigns with minimal supervision.

Your Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search is the main focus)

Perform keyword research and structure campaigns for high-intent leads

Write compelling ad copy (headlines, descriptions, extensions)

Monitor budgets, bids, Quality Score, CPC, and CPA

Add negative keywords and optimize search terms regularly

Set up and maintain conversion tracking (forms, calls, GA4, GTM)

Optimize campaigns weekly to improve performance and lead quality

Prepare simple performance reports with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience

Strong experience with lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of:

Google Ads account structure

Smart bidding strategies (Max Conversions, tCPA)

Conversion tracking (GA4, GTM)

Experience managing multiple ad accounts

Strong attention to detail and organization

Reliable internet connection

Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to Have (Bonus)

Experience with call tracking tools (CallRail, WhatConverts)

Experience with U.S. local businesses (home services, beauty, medical, etc.)

Landing page or CRO experience

Google Ads certification

Work Schedule

Flexible hours

Overlap with U.S. Pacific Time preferred (2–4 hours/day overlap is a plus)
