Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist (Part-Time | Remote)

We are a UK-based digital marketing agency, not limited to a specific industry.
We focus on results.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced ads specialist who can take ownership of campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and tracking.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for setting up, managing and improving Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on execution role with the opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time.
Hours & Pay
~10 hours a week/ 40 hours per month
Starting ASAP
$10/hour (with opportunity to increase based on performance)


Core Responsibilities:
Google Ads-

Set up and manage campaigns (Search, Display, shopping, Performance Max)
Keyword research and negative keyword optimisation
Write and test ad copy.
Manage bidding strategies
Improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.


Meta Ads-

Set up campaigns
Build audiences (cold, lookalike, retargeting)
Run A/B tests (creative, copy, audiences)
Scale campaigns based on performance


Tracking & Setup-
Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel setup and event tracking
GA4 tracking and validation
Troubleshoot tracking issues


Optimisation-
Ongoing performance improvements
Identify underperforming campaigns and fix them.
Suggest improvements (not just follow instructions)


Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience setting up conversion tracking correctly
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good written English


Nice to Have (Bonus)
Comfortable speaking with clients (Loom or messages)
Experience with: Smaller budgets
CRO / landing page feedback
