JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist

About Service Conversion

Service Conversion helps businesses grow through digital marketing, lead generation, automation, and technology. We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads and Meta Ads Specialist to help manage and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients.

Job Overview

We are looking for someone experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).

The ideal candidate understands how to generate quality leads, manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and continuously improve results. You should be comfortable working with multiple client accounts, analyzing data, testing different strategies, and communicating campaign performance to the team.

This position requires someone who can take ownership of assigned campaigns, identify problems, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Work with Search campaigns and other relevant campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research and identify negative keywords.
- Write and test effective ad copy.
- Monitor search terms, bidding strategies, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce wasted ad spend.

Meta Ads Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Build and test different audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, and return on ad spend where applicable.
- Identify underperforming ads and implement improvements.
- Assist with creative testing and provide recommendations for new ad variations.

Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics, including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
- Check that conversion tracking and campaign measurement are working correctly.
- Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools where required.
- Maintain accurate campaign reports and tracking spreadsheets.
- Identify trends, investigate performance issues, and recommend improvements.

General Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Follow internal processes and maintain organized campaign records.
- Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations clearly.
- Stay up to date with changes to Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Take initiative and focus on measurable results rather than simply completing tasks.

Requirements

- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to provide examples of previous campaigns and explain the results achieved.

Experience working with service-based businesses, particularly home services such as HVAC, plumbing, or other local service companies, is a strong advantage.

Salary and Schedule

- Compensation: $3–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week for the full-time position.
- Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
- Compensation and responsibilities may grow as performance and capabilities are demonstrated.

## How to Apply

Please include the following in your application:

1. A brief introduction explaining your experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
2. Which platform you consider your strongest and why.
3. Examples of campaigns you have personally managed, including the industry, campaign objective, approximate budget, and measurable results.
4. Your experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
5. The tools and reporting systems you use to monitor campaign performance.
6. Your expected hourly rate and availability.

Applications that provide specific examples and measurable campaign results will be prioritized.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate practical skills, take ownership of campaigns, and help our clients generate better results through effective advertising.
