Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Google Analytics & Google Ads Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of our digital marketing campaigns and web analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and GA4, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all digital assets
Implement tracking codes, events, tags, and goals using Google Tag Manager
Monitor user behavior and website performance to generate insights and improve UX/CRO
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns including search, display, remarketing, and YouTube
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance audits to maximize ROI
Optimize ad budgets, bid strategies, and targeting based on campaign goals
Create custom dashboards and regular performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, dev) to align analytics with business objectives
Stay current with platform updates and digital marketing best practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads
Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Data Studio / Looker Studio
Solid understanding of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certification is a plus
Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or subscription-based businesses is preferred
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with other ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Knowledge of SEO and CRO best practices
Familiarity with third-party integrations (Zapier, CRM tools, etc.)
