About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate qualified leads and improve conversion performance. This is a results-driven role for someone who understands how to turn ad spend into real business outcomes, not just clicks and impressions.
This position is a part-time with base rate plus commission on converted leads, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and improve targeting
- Write and test ad copy
- Monitor performance, reduce wasted spend, and improve lead quality
- Track conversions and report on campaign results
- Recommend improvements based on data and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related fields
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword match types, and negative keywords
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into action
- Experience improving lead quality and reducing cost per conversion
- Strong written English, especially for ad copy and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Google Ads certification is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience running ads for service-based businesses
- Familiarity with landing page optimization
- Experience with remarketing and audience segmentation
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or other paid media platforms
