JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising for our event and party rental company in Southern California.

We are NOT looking for a general virtual assistant or someone who only has experience with social media or lead generation. We need someone with proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and generating qualified leads for local service businesses.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize our Google Ads account
* Build and improve Google Search campaigns
* Perform keyword research and identify high-intent keywords
* Manage keyword match types and negative keyword lists
* Monitor search terms and eliminate wasted ad spend
* Create and test ads to improve CTR and conversions
* Optimize campaigns for phone calls and quote/form submissions
* Manage geographic targeting throughout Southern California
* Monitor and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL)
* Adjust bidding strategies and budgets based on performance
* Set up and verify conversion tracking
* Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager when necessary
* Review landing page performance and recommend improvements
* Provide clear weekly or monthly performance reports
* Continuously look for opportunities to increase qualified leads while reducing wasted spend

Our company rents inflatables, water slides, carnival rides, rock climbing walls, laser tag, interactive attractions, holiday attractions, and other event equipment. Our customers include schools, cities, corporations, churches, organizations, and private events.

Requirements:

You MUST have previous experience personally managing Google Ads campaigns.

8. Experience advertising local service businesses
