Eterna Films is a high-end wedding and event videography & photography studio based in Ottawa, Canada. We create cinematic films and premium photography for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. We are growing quickly and looking for a skilled Google Ads specialist to generate consistent, high-quality leads.

Job Description

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist who will set up, run, and optimize our Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and bookings for our videography and photography services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Video, Display)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Write compelling, high-converting ad copy
- Optimize bidding, budgets, and campaigns to achieve low cost per lead
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with our team to improve lead quality

Requirements:

- 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
- Active Google Ads Certification
- Strong track record of lowering Cost Per Lead while increasing lead volume and quality
- Excellent English writing skills (for ad copy)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have at least 4–5 hours overlap with Canadian Eastern Time (EST) timezone

Advantage (not required):

- Experience in wedding, photography, videography, or events industry
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
