About Us
We run multiple digital marketing agency brands serving 200+ clients across home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical) and health/wellness (med spas, chiropractic, massage, dental). We move fast, we use AI tools heavily, and we need someone who can keep up.
What You'll Do

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, LSA, Performance Max) across our client portfolio
Write high-converting ad headlines and descriptions in bulk using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools. Not just prompting and pasting. You need to know what a good headline looks like and use AI to produce them at scale.
Use the Google Ads API (or scripts) to manage campaigns programmatically. Bulk changes, automated rules, bid adjustments, and reporting without clicking through the UI for every client.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations (search terms, negative keywords, bid strategy, budget allocation)
Communicate results clearly. No fluff. Just what's working, what's not, and what you're doing about it.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for home services or health/wellness businesses (or both)
Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for ad copy generation, keyword research, or campaign analysis
Familiarity with the Google Ads API, Google Ads Scripts, or Python-based automation for campaign management
Strong understanding of search intent for service-based businesses (someone searching "AC repair near me" is a different buyer than "best med spa facials")
Comfort working independently, managing multiple accounts, and prioritizing without being micromanaged

Bonus Points For

Experience with Google Ads Editor for bulk operations
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, CallRail, or other agency tools
Any experience building or using API integrations to automate ad management workflows
Understanding of local SEO and how paid and organic work together
Experience working with US-based agencies or clients
