Job Description
We've got the product-market fit and the ---------- ntum we just need the Google Ads maestro to scale it. We're skipping the micro-management and looking for a Google Ads Specialist who lives for optimizing ROAS, scaling smart PMax campaigns, and keeping our shopping setups perfectly tuned. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Setup: Build, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns from scratch, ensuring perfect alignment with business ROAS targets.
PMax Optimization: Actively manage and fine-tune Performance Max campaigns, including asset group customization, audience signal optimization, and budget steering.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics using Google Ads dashboard and GA4, providing regular actionable insights.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and pace monthly budgets to prevent under- or overspending while hitting volume targets.
Merchant Centre: Manage and maintain a perfectly scoring Merchant Centre for our product catalogue.
Meta Ads: Drive and manage Meta Advantage+ ad architecture across our skincare product lines.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in e-commerce or the beauty/wellness industry.
Proven track record running Performance Max (PMax) campaigns successfully.
Strong proficiency with GA4, conversion tracking setup, and data attribution models.
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, or Video) are a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly present data and campaign insights.
