Groeiburo is e high-growth rmote marketing agency based in Belgium. We work from Belgium ourselves, while our other team members work all arount the world.

We have a huge passion for marketing and entrepreneurship, but also for (slightly absurd) humor haha ????

We’re currently looking for an all-round marketeer with a passion for Google Ads. If you are interested, you can also do Meta Ads, landing pages, tracking, ad creatives, copywriting, etc. It’s more important to us that you’re motivated, communicate well, and genuinely love marketing than that you already know absolutely everything. ❤️

Over time, if you are interested you’ll independently manage around 10 brands. ? Of course, you can always rely on support from our senior marketers and specialists, such as graphic designers and website developers.

We’re looking for someone who can work with us as a freelancer for approximately 40 hours per week. Your English need to be excellent, especially in writing. You should also have a good understanding of European culture and already have experience working with Google Ads.

You’ll work in our own AI-powered Groeiburo software, which helps you achieve the best possible results for your clients. ????

Compensation will be agreed together based on your level and experience. Our agency is growing quickly, so there’s plenty of room to grow with us over the coming years — in terms of compensation (as you become more independent and manage more brands), your role (senior marketer, management), and your knowledge through digital training and education. ????

The position is fully remote, so you d ---------- where and when you work. Once a year, though, we bring the entire team together for a week somewhere fun on this planet. ????
