JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Canadian law firm looking for an experienced **Google Ads Specialist** to manage and optimize our Google Search campaigns.

This is a small account currently consisting of a Family Law campaign, with a Real Estate campaign being added.

We are **not looking for a general VA who has some Google Ads experience.** We are looking for someone who genuinely understands Google Ads and can efficiently manage a smaller account without creating unnecessary work or hours.

What You'll Do

Approximately 3–5 hours per week:

* Review campaign performance
* Review search terms weekly
* Add negative keywords
* Identify wasted ad spend
* Monitor keywords and match types
* Monitor budgets and cost per lead
* Review conversion tracking
* Optimize ads based on performance
* Monitor geographic performance
* Identify opportunities to improve lead quality
* Recommend budget changes when supported by data
* Help launch and optimize our Real Estate campaign
* Provide a short weekly performance report

Our priority is **qualified leads — not simply more clicks or form submissions.**

Weekly Report

Each week, provide a simple summary:

**Spend:** $___

**Leads:** ___

**Cost Per Lead:** $___

**Qualified Leads:** ___

**Changes Made:** What did you optimize this week?

**Wasted Spend:** What did you identify?

**Next Recommendation:** What should we test/change next?

## Requirements

You must have hands-on experience personally managing Google Search campaigns.

Experience with any of the following is preferred:

* Law firms
* Attorneys
* Professional services
* Local service businesses
* Lead generation
* Canadian or US markets

You should understand Google Ads, GA4, conversion tracking, search terms, negative keywords, match types and lead-generation optimization.

How to Apply

Start your application with:

**QUALIFIED LEADS**

Then answer these 5 questions:

**1.** How many years have you personally managed Google Ads?

**2.** Tell me about one lead-generation Google Ads account you personally improved. What was the CPL before and after your changes?

**3.** A campaign is generating lots of conversions, but the business owner says most of the leads are poor quality. What are the first 3 things you investigate?

**4.** If you inherit an existing Google Ads account and only have 3 hours per week to manage it, what exactly would you prioritize?

**5.** Please provide an anonymized screenshot or example of actual Google Ads results from an account you personally managed. Remove all confidential client information.

Please also include:

* Your hourly rate
* Your current availability
* Any Google Ads certifications
* Whether you've managed legal/professional-service campaigns

Shortlisted applicants will be offered a **paid 60-minute audit** of our existing Google Ads account.

This is intended to be a long-term position. Hours may increase as our advertising grows.
