We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate knows how to get the most out of every dollar spent and can consistently deliver leads, traffic, and conversions through Google Ads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max)
- Conduct thorough keyword research and build targeted ad groups
- Write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
- Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Perform competitor analysis and identify new opportunities
- Provide clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Set up and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage past visitors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (please share examples or results)
- Google Ads certification is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy
- Proficient in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Landing page optimization experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
