JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads Virtual Assistant (Part-Time – 4 Hours/Day)

Location: Philippines
Type: Long-Term Part-Time

About the Role

I am looking for a detail-oriented Google Ads Virtual Assistant to help manage around 20 small Google Ads accounts.

These are smaller accounts that require daily monitoring, small optimisations, and ongoing maintenance rather than large campaign builds.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience with Google Ads and enjoys managing multiple accounts efficiently.

The landing pages are in go high level so experience of this software is an advantage

Workload is approximately 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities

You will assist with:

• Monitoring Google Ads performance across multiple accounts
• Adjusting bids and budgets
• Reviewing search terms and adding negative keywords
• Pausing underperforming keywords or ads
• Fixing disapproved ads
• Making small optimisation improvements
• Keeping campaigns organised
• Reporting any major performance changes

Requirements

Please only apply if you:

• Have real experience managing Google Ads accounts 2 years+
• Understand keywords, match types, negative keywords, and bidding
• Are very detail-oriented
• Can manage multiple accounts without missing issues
• Have good written English
• Have a stable internet connection

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Google Ads certification
• Experience using Google Ads Editor
• Experience managing multiple client accounts

Work Schedule

• 4 hours per day
• Flexible hours, but must check accounts daily
