JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Google Ads Specialist (E-commerce | EU Markets)

We’re looking to work directly with a hands-on Google Ads specialist (freelancer, not an agency) to manage and optimize our Google Ads account, with potential to expand into Meta Ads in the future.

About the role
• E-commerce focused
• Managing Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max (PMax)
• Advertising across multiple EU countries and languages
• ROAS target: minimum 3.2x
• Competitive monthly rate, based on experience and results

We are currently working with an agency and believe we can find equal or stronger talent at a better cost by working directly with a specialist.

What we’re looking for
Proven, hands-on experience (not just theory)
Clear examples of performance (case studies, ROAS, metrics)
Strong communicator (clear, responsive, strategic)
Comfortable with testing, scaling, and reporting
Bonus: experience with or willingness to support Meta Ads later

What we’re not looking for
Agencies
White-label managers
“I’ll figure it out” beginners
Generic copy-paste proposals
