We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve our existing Google Ads campaigns. This role focuses on campaign optimization, performance tracking, and budget efficiency — not setting up everything from scratch.
You will be working with already active accounts and campaigns, making improvements to increase lead quality, conversions, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns
Improve keyword targeting, ad copy, and extensions
Monitor daily performance (CPC, conversions, spend)
Optimize budgets and bidding strategies
Set up and manage conversion tracking
Analyze results and provide clear performance insights
Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts
Strong understanding of Search, Display, and basic remarketing
Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
Experience with keyword research and Quality Score optimization
Clear communication and structured reporting
Nice to Have:
Experience with local service or event-based businesses
Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
Experience managing multiple campaigns or locations
This is an ongoing part-time or freelance role with flexible hours. Long-term collaboration is preferred.
