We are hiring immediately and looking to fill this position within the next few days.

Type of Work: Full Time
Pay: Base + Commission ($1,000 – $1,500+/month potential, higher for top performers)
Hours Per Week: 40

Who This Role Is For

This is not a basic VA position.

We are looking for a salesperson who is confident on the phone, understands how to qualify prospects, and knows how to close deals.

If you do not have at least 3 years of sales experience or agency experience, this role is not a fit.

Job Overview

We help home improvement businesses (remodeling, flooring, cleaning, roofing, etc.) generate leads using Google Ads.

You will be speaking with warm inbound leads only who schedule an appointment with us. No cold calling.

You will be handling multiple inbound leads and appointments daily — speed and follow-up are critical.

We offer a 30-day free trial for our Google Ads management service. Clients invest in their own ad budget while we manage the campaigns. After the trial, the service continues at $997 per month.

Your job is to call leads during their appointment time, qualify them properly, and close the right them with our free trial services.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of sales experience or prior agency experience (required)
* Strong objection handling skills
* Ability to qualify leads properly
* Fluent English communication
* Fast response time and strong follow-up skills
* Results-driven and commission-focused

Compensation

This is a base + commission role.

* Base pay plus commission:
* Expected earnings: $1,000 – $1,500+/month, with top performers earning more

You will earn:

* Commission when a client signs up for the 30-day free trial
* Higher commission when the client converts to a $997/month plan

There is no cap on commissions. The more you close and convert, the more you earn.
