ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in the yacht/marine and real estate industries. Our clients are high-ticket businesses that expect measurable results — not vanity metrics. We need a skilled specialist who can own Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategy end-to-end and is comfortable being held accountable to performance data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
—
Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) for US-based clients
—
Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits for client websites
—
Track and report performance via Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
—
Write or optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and page copy for search
—
Build local SEO presence — GMB optimization, citation building, review strategy
—
Provide weekly performance summaries with clear KPIs and recommendations
REQUIREMENTS — DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THESE

Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads accounts with documented results (ROAS, conversions, CPA improvements)
—
Hands-on SEO experience — not just theoretical knowledge
—
Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Google Keyword Planner, and SEMrush or Ahrefs
—
Strong written English — you will communicate with US clients
—
Reliable internet and a consistent work setup
NICE TO HAVE
—
Experience in marine, luxury, or real estate industries
—
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
—
Google Ads or Analytics certification
—
Basic understanding of landing page conversion optimization
