# Google Ads, SEO & Lead Generation Specialist — Full-Time Remote

**Salary: $700–$900 USD/month + 3%–5% Commission**
**Payment: Every 2 Weeks — No Upfront Payment**
**Long-Term Remote Position**

We are a **U.S.-based insulation company** looking for an experienced **Google Ads, SEO & Lead Generation Specialist** to manage our digital marketing and generate qualified local leads.

Experience with **construction, insulation, home improvement, HVAC, roofing, or other U.S. local-service businesses is a major plus.**

## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

* **5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience — REQUIRED**
* **5+ years of SEO and Local SEO experience — REQUIRED**
* **3+ years of proven experience generating qualified leads — REQUIRED**
* Strong experience with Google Search and Performance Max
* Google Ads conversion tracking
* Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
* Google Business Profile optimization
* WordPress/Elementor experience
* Landing-page creation and optimization
* Strong understanding of keywords, negative keywords, search terms, bidding, budgets, and campaign optimization
* Strong English communication

**This is NOT an entry-level position.** You must be able to independently manage the work without requiring training.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
* Generate qualified local leads
* Manage Search and Performance Max campaigns
* Monitor keywords, search terms, negative keywords, budgets, and conversions
* Manage SEO and Local SEO
* Optimize Google Business Profile
* Manage conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
* Make SEO and marketing changes directly to our WordPress/Elementor website
* Create and improve landing pages
* Monitor lead quality and campaign performance
* Identify problems and implement solutions

## COMMUNICATION & WORK HOURS

**Reliable communication is mandatory.**

* Must be able to **communicate through WhatsApp**
* Must be able to **work U.S. business hours**
* Must be responsive during working hours
* Must communicate problems or delays immediately
* Must notify us before a deadline if something cannot be completed on time

We do not micromanage, but we expect professional and consistent communication.

**We should not have to repeatedly contact you for updates.**

## COMPENSATION

**$700–$900 USD per month**, depending on experience and qualifications.

Payment is made **every two weeks for work already completed.**

**NO UPFRONT PAYMENT.** We do not pay a full month in advance or provide salary advances.

### 3%–5% COMMISSION AFTER FIRST MONTH

After successfully completing your first month, you will be eligible for an additional **3%–5% commission on completed sales generated from qualified leads produced through the marketing you manage.**

Commission is paid **in addition to your regular monthly salary.**
