JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are:
MOD Appliances makes the MOD Cold Press Juicer and MOD Cold Press Auto+, a premium cold press juicer sold direct to consumers across Australia. We have a loyal and growing customer base, a strong creative team producing high-quality video and static assets, and we're scaling our paid channels deliberately.
We run lean. Everyone owns their area. No micromanagement, no hand-holding.

The Opportunity
This is a part-time retainer — approximately 15 hours per month — for a specialist who wants one clean, well-structured account to own alongside their existing clients.
You'll work directly with our Creative Performance Lead who supplies ready-to-use video and static assets, and our Operations Coordinator who handles site updates. You won't be starting from scratch or working in a vacuum.
One product. One market. Clear goals. Real growth path as we launch new products and markets.

What You'll Own

- Full ownership of Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns
-Google Merchant Center health — feed errors and disapprovals resolved before we notice them
-YouTube paid ad setup and optimisation using assets our creative team provides
-Bid strategy, budget management, and negative keyword refinement
-Search query analysis — surfacing insights that feed back to our creative team
-Weekly Slack updates and monthly GA4 performance deep-dives
-Monthly CRO suggestions for our Shopify product page

You're The Right Person If You:

-Have hands-on PMax experience with eCommerce or DTC brands
-Know Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Google Tag Manager deeply
-Understand what makes a strong PMax asset group and can give clear feedback to our creative team
-Spot issues before being asked — broken tracking, disapproved products, underperforming assets
-Send clear, insight-driven Slack updates — not just numbers
-Want a stable long-term retainer, not one-off projects

What You Won't Do

Create videos or static images — our creative team handles all assets
Manage organic YouTube
Wait to be told something needs fixing

Hours & Compensation

-15 hours per month to start (roughly 3–4 hours per week)
-Fixed monthly retainer paid via Wise or PayPal
-Rate based on experience — tell us what you're looking for
-Hours grow naturally as we scale products and markets
-Direct relationship — no platform taking a cut of your rate

How To Apply
Three things only:

One or two accounts you currently manage or have managed — what you did and what improved
One result you're proud of — doesn't need to be massive, just genuine
Your timezone, availability, and rate expectation

No long cover letters. Show us you know your craft.
