JOB OVERVIEW

We are a remote team supporting multiple brands across the UK and international markets.
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who can manage campaigns, improve efficiency, and consistently generate qualified leads at a sustainable cost.

This role focuses on performance, data analysis, and continuous optimisation.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
Focus on lead generation and improving lead quality
Adjust campaigns to reduce cost per conversion and improve ROAS
Conduct keyword research and build structured campaigns
Test variations in ads, landing pages, and targeting
Monitor performance and scale campaigns that are delivering results
Review underperforming campaigns and apply improvements
Track data and prepare simple performance reports
Collaborate with internal team to improve landing page effectiveness

Requirements
Hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
Experience with lead generation campaigns (not just traffic)
Strong understanding of search intent and keyword targeting
Ability to improve conversion rate and reduce acquisition cost
Familiar with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, conversion tracking)
Comfortable working with data and making optimisation decisions
Able to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes
Stable internet connection and availability for full-time remote work
