Google Ads / Performance Max Specialist – Part-Time
Hours: 10 hours/week (approximately 2 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
Location: Remote – Philippines
Compensation: $7–$10 USD/hour depending on experience
Position: Long-term part-time
About Us
We are a U.S.-based chiropractic and wellness clinic looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to take ownership of our Google Ads account, with a particular focus on Performance Max and local lead generation.
We are not looking for a general VA who has occasionally worked inside Google Ads.
We want someone who understands Google Ads deeply, can analyze performance independently, identify wasted spend, improve lead quality, and continuously optimize campaigns to generate qualified new-patient appointments.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing our Google Ads account
- Building, managing, and optimizing Performance Max campaigns
- Managing Google Search campaigns
- Keyword research and search-term analysis
- Building and maintaining negative keyword lists
- Monitoring CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and ROAS
- Identifying and eliminating wasted ad spend
- Improving targeting and lead quality
- Reviewing geographic/location targeting
- Testing ad copy, headlines, offers, audiences, and campaign structure
- Managing bidding strategies and budgets
- Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
- Working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Reviewing landing-page performance and recommending improvements
- Providing a concise weekly performance report
- Clearly explaining what was changed, why it was changed, and what happened as a result
What Matters to Us
We care about actual business results, not vanity metrics.
A cheap lead is not valuable if the lead never schedules.
Our primary KPIs will include:
Ad Spend → Leads → Cost Per Lead → Calls/Contacts → Booked New Patients → Show Rate → Conversion → Revenue/ROAS
You should be comfortable looking beyond Google Ads metrics and helping us determine whether campaigns are producing actual qualified patients.
Requirements
You should have:
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong experience with Performance Max
- Experience generating leads for local/service businesses
- Strong understanding of Search campaigns
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience
- Conversion-tracking experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good written English
- Experience optimizing campaigns with relatively small/local-business advertising budgets
Healthcare, chiropractic, medical, dental, med-spa, or other local healthcare lead-generation experience is a major plus.
Schedule
Approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday (10 hours/week).
This is an ongoing role. We are looking for someone who will consistently monitor and improve the account rather than simply set up campaigns and leave them running.
There may be an opportunity for additional hours/responsibilities as performance improves.
How to Apply
Please include the following in your application:
1. How many years have you personally managed Google Ads?
2. Describe your experience with Performance Max.
3. Have you managed Google Ads for a healthcare or local service business? Please describe.
4. What monthly Google Ads budgets have you managed?
5. Give one example where you significantly reduced CPA/CPL or improved ROAS. Include the before-and-after numbers.
6. How do you determine whether a Performance Max campaign is wasting money?
7. What would you review first if a campaign was generating many leads but very few booked appointments?
8. What is your expected hourly rate?
9. Please provide screenshots or examples of campaign results you personally managed. You may remove or blur client-identifying information.
IMPORTANT: Start your application with the words “MAX PERFORMANCE” so we know you read the entire posting.
Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a brief live account-analysis exercise during an interview.
