The right candidate is analytical, organized, and understands first-party data impact in performance marketing. We use Asana and Slack daily to manage projects and communicate.
This role requires experience building and operating Google / Meta accounts with a high degree of autonomy, and can bring their own insights and strategy to the table.
We are looking for candidates committed to a focused, long-term role with our team, rather than those managing multiple client accounts or continually applying to new positions. Our team culture is very collaborative and supportive but you need to know your stuff.

- A) We prefer someone who can work the majority of hours on Eastern US timezone, until they are established and then we are flexible.

- A) Lead gen clients with brick and mortar locations in the education and health space.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of ad accounts
- Building and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Reporting
- Building and maintaining SOPs and frameworks
- Conversion setup and data systems
- Assist with tracking setup and QA
- Spearhead projects such as offline conversion imports and data connections for accounts
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- 4+ years of experience in ppc and paid media
- Experience with advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of creative influence in Meta Ads
- Familiarity with GA4 and other associated Google platforms
- Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output (chatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Able to work autonomously and get work done with minimal oversight
- Meta CAPI / Google SST and GTM + offline conversion import knowledge and use
- Bonus: Hubspot / Zoho
