GTE is a fast-growing global eCommerce company scaling online brands across international markets. We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer to help optimize and scale our main revenue channel.
Google Ads drives ~90% of our revenue, so this role has a direct impact on company growth.

- You have never managed $300K+ per month in Google Ads spend
- You have not worked with Google Shopping catalogs of 10,000+ SKUs
- Your experience is mainly lead generation or small-budget accounts
- You rely on basic campaign setups without deep feed optimization

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end
- Optimize and scale Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
- Improve campaign structure, bidding strategies, and feed optimization
- Drive measurable revenue growth
- Build automation systems, scripts, or workflows to improve efficiency
- Use data to continuously optimize performance
Requirements
- 3+ years Google Ads experience in eCommerce
- Experience managing large product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs)
- Experience managing $300K+ monthly ad spend
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
- Analytical mindset and accountability for revenue performance
- Nice to have: Experience with Google CSS Labelizer
