JOB OVERVIEW

We're an affiliate marketing agency looking for a Google Ads media buyer who understands campaign testing, tracking and profitability. You'll help identify promising offers and verticals, improve conversion quality and make disciplined decisions about where to spend. Search and Google Display Network experience are relevant; tell us where you are strongest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for eligible affiliate offers.
- Research keywords, search intent, audiences, placements, competitors and offer positioning as appropriate to the campaign type.
- Develop ad copy, creative briefs and landing-page recommendations that match the audience and offer.
- Maintain clear conversion tracking and investigate attribution or data-quality issues.
- Evaluate acquisition costs, payouts, conversion rates, revenue and profit.
- Review offer and landing-page compliance before launch and throughout the campaign.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on Google Ads experience and clear ownership of campaign decisions.
- Strong testing and optimization skills in Search and/or Display.
- The ability to connect tracking data to real campaign economics.
- Good judgment about ad copy, creatives, landing pages and offer eligibility.
- A policy-compliant approach, with no cloaking, review evasion or misleading claims.

HOURS & COMPENSATION
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Fixed base salary: US$500 per month.
- High profit-based performance bonuses, with potential total monthly earnings above US$3,000 depending on results. This is not guaranteed compensation. The profit calculation and bonus terms will be agreed separately.

HOW TO APPLY
Start your application with KESTREL in uppercase as the very first word, before any greeting. Applications that do not follow this instruction will be disqualified.

Then answer:
1. Which Google Ads campaign types, affiliate verticals and markets have you managed? Include spend ranges and your responsibilities. Be specific about Search, Display and any content-arbitrage experience.
2. Describe a campaign's economics and what you changed to improve them. Explain the time period, attribution limitations and costs included. Redact confidential information.
3. How have you tracked affiliate conversions and revenue? Describe one tracking problem you diagnosed and resolved.
4. Give a concrete example of how search intent or audience research shaped your targeting, ad creative and landing-page approach.
5. How do you assess an affiliate offer and destination for Google Ads compliance? Describe a restriction or disapproval you handled through a compliant resolution.
6. Confirm your availability for 40 hours per week and whether the stated base salary and performance-based compensation structure work for you.
