Position: Google Ads Media Buyer (Senior or Experienced Junior)
Hours: Part-time (3–4 hrs/day) to start — with the potential to move to full-time (6–8 hrs/day) within the first month based on performance and fit
Start: Immediate
Timezone: Must overlap 2–3 hours with PST (Los Angeles)
Compensation: Competitive monthly rate (based on experience + region)
What You’ll Handle:
You’ll manage Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Typical daily tasks include:
-Setting up GTM and GA4 tracking
-Monitoring KPIs in Looker Studio (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
-Running SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) diagnostic checks
-Optimizing keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting
-Reviewing user behavior via Microsoft Clarity
-Validating tracking and conversions using GA4 & Google Tag Manager
-Logging updates and insights in Slack
-Running QA before new campaign launches
-Preparing weekly reports (AI-assisted templates provided)
-Basic exposure to LinkedIn Ads (reviewing structure, understanding attribution, or light support tasks) is a plus, but not a core responsibility.
What You Should Already Know
-Proven hands-on experience managing Search & Performance Max
-Solid understanding of Quality Score, auction dynamics, CPA / ROAS optimization
-Confident working with GA4, GTM, and conversion validation
-Comfortable diagnosing performance issues and explaining “why,” not just “what”
