JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a Google Ads pro with a knack for running high-performing campaigns?

Do you love diving deep into data, optimising ad performance, and keeping up with the latest in PPC?

If so, we want you on our team!
About Us

We a 100% remote, all-female digital marketing agency based in Perth, Western Australia, helping tourism brands shine online. We're a small but mighty team, and now we're on the hunt for a Google Ads expert to take our clients' campaigns to the next level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Manage Google Ads Campaigns – Build, optimise, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Own PMax – We need a genuine Performance Max specialist who knows how to structure, feed, and squeeze results out of it (not just switch it on and hope).
Keyword Research & Bidding – Find the right keywords, set smart bids, and ensure ad spend efficiency.
Landing Page Optimisation – Work with our team to align ads with high-converting pages.
Reporting & Insights – Provide clear, actionable performance reports for clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Proven Google Ads Experience – At least 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
PMax Specialist – Deep, hands-on Performance Max expertise is essential.
Self-Reliant & Results-Driven – You can take a client account and run with it, solve problems on your own, and deliver real outcomes without being micromanaged.
Adaptable with Clients – You know how to work with different client types and tailor your approach and communication to suit.
Data-Driven Mindset – You love analysing numbers and making data-backed decisions.
Strong Communication – Ability to explain strategy and performance clearly, with no jargon.
Attention to Detail – To show you've read this, mention somewhere in your application how you feel about whale sharks.

AVAILABILITY

You'll need to be online and contactable during a set window each day (Perth business hours, 8 AM – 5 PM AWST — the same as Philippine time) so we can liaise as needed via Slack or Google Chat. Reliable, responsive communication during these hours is a must.

WHY JOIN US?

Fully Remote – Work from anywhere, as long as you're reachable during our agreed daily hours.
Work with Awesome Clients – Help grow tourism brands in Australia and beyond.
Growth Opportunities – We're a small team, which means you'll have room to take ownership and grow.
Contract Role – Ongoing freelance/contract arrangement. Compensation: let's chat!

If you're ready to take on exciting Google Ads projects, apply now. Just don't forget to tell us whether you're team PMax or not — we're curious!
