Digital Blitz is looking for a skilled Google Ads Manager who knows how to generate qualified leads, not just cheap clicks. We specialize in helping pest control companies grow, so this role requires someone who understands lead quality, tracking, and performance at a deep level.
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong understanding of qualified lead generation in the pest control niche (or home services)
Experience tracking and optimizing for CPQL (Cost Per Qualified Lead)
Ability to perform lead audits and identify quality issues in campaigns
Familiarity with systems, workflows, and reporting
Experience with GoHighLevel
Must be fluent in English
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Microsoft/Bing Ads
Google Local Services Ads
Call tracking, attribution, and landing page optimization
We want someone who can think beyond leads and focus on what actually matters: qualified opportunities, strong return on ad spend, and consistent growth for our clients.
We have systems in place, but it would be your job to scale those systems and help our clients generate consistent quality leads and a 2-3X ROAS on their ad spend.
Must be able to work EST time 8am-5pm
