Google Ads Specialist (Long-Term | Client-Facing | Strategy + Setup | White Label for UK Agency)
Job Description
We are a growing UK-based paid ads agency looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage client accounts and help us scale.
We already have our first Google Ads client ready to launch.
We need someone who can:
• Build and structure accounts from scratch
• Conduct keyword research based on budget
• Create a clear campaign plan of action
• Set up full tracking (GA4, GTM, conversions, call tracking if needed)
• Write high-converting ad copy
• Optimise weekly
• Communicate professionally with clients via
• Provide structured weekly optimisation reports
• Help set up our own Google Ads account to generate more clients for this service
The agency owner will handle all video calls and strategy calls.
You will handle the execution and technical delivery.
This is a long-term role with growth potential.

You MUST:
• Be confident building accounts from zero
• Understand match types and intent
• Know when to use Manual CPC vs Smart Bidding
• Be able to explain your strategy clearly
• Be comfortable diagnosing high CPL issues
• Have strong English written communication
If you just “set up campaigns and let Google optimise” — this role is not for you.
We are looking for a strategist, not a button pusher.

1?? Client Account Setup
– Full keyword research
– Campaign structure based on budget
– Negative keyword planning
– Conversion tracking setup
– GA4 + GTM configuration
– Extensions and ad assets
2?? Ongoing Management
– Weekly optimisation
– Search term mining
– Bid adjustments
– Ad testing
– Budget reallocation
– Performance diagnostics
3?? Reporting
Each week you will send:
• Spend
• Leads
• Cost per lead
• What was optimised
• What is being tested next
• Recommendations
4?? Internal Growth Support
You will also help build and optimise our own Google Ads account to attract more clients.
???? Required Experience
• Minimum 3 years managing Google Ads
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Experience setting up conversion tracking manually
• Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of search intent
• Ability to explain strategy clearly
Bonus if you have:
• Agency experience
• Experience with UK or European markets
• Experience working white-label
