We're not just looking for a Google Ads specialist; we're looking for that perfect person who will be a team player, meet our core values, and win with us.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Below is a list of some of the various tasks you'll be required to do to perform well on the job:
- Setting up Google Ads campaigns from scratch (mostly search campaigns and sometimes display campaigns).
- Taking over existing Google Ads campaigns.
- Connecting Google Ads to Google Analytics.
- Monitoring Google Ads and making adjustments to lower CPC.
- Setting up conversion tracking.
- Setting up keywords and negative keywords.
- Making bid adjustments.
- Optimizing landing pages for higher quality scores (you will not be required to design pages).
- Strategizing with the team on offers that could create higher conversions.
- Attending company meetings on Zoom.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Google Ads experience: A minimum of 4 years.
- In-depth experience with conversion tracking.
- Proven record of lowering ad costs through optimization.
- Proven record of increasing lead volume through Google Ads, without increasing ad budget.
- Excellent English speaking skills.
- An expert understanding of technical terms related to Google Ads and the web.
- A backup or dual internet connection must be set up.
- At least a quad-core CPU for the computer/laptop you're using (the faster the better!)
