We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Local Search Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence across Google platforms. This role is critical to driving inbound leads and supporting growth across multiple markets.
You will be responsible for managing Google Search Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), and Google Business Profiles, ensuring strong performance, consistent lead flow, and top visibility in local search.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns (budgeting, targeting, keyword strategy, performance tracking)
-Oversee Local Services Ads (LSAs) including lead quality, dispute management, and ranking optimization
-Maintain and improve Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
-Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve ROI
-Track lead flow and identify opportunities to increase conversions
-Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and local SEO presence
-Stay up to date with Google platform updates and best practices
-What We’re Looking For
-Experience managing Google Ads and/or LSAs (home service experience is a plus)
-Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance
-Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations/accounts
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-growing environment
